One-to-Ones & Safeguarding Supervision
at The Walled Garden Sanctuary
Sarah offers a warm, non-judgmental, safe and calm space at Nostell Priory, where she will listen (not profess to know all the answers) and hold a space just for you.
Hourly sessions are available with tea, a biscuit (or two!), love, kindness and grounding to the earth and reconnecting to the soul. A card reading can also be included if desired.
Talking might not take things away but sometimes it can help to lighten the load.
