The Walled Garden Sanctuary Seasonal Wellbeing Boxes

New for 2025, we are delighted to announce our subscription service where we bring a little bit of Nostell Priory energy into your home.  The Walled Garden Sanctuary Seasonal Wellbeing Box service begins on 1st January 2025, the perfect day as we start the new year.

Each monthly box has a theme and includes a crystal, specially chosen gifts, and a letter from Sarah telling you all about the box contents, phases of the moon, and Wheel of the Year events.  Boxes will be lovingly prepared to mark the changes of the Wheel and to celebrate the turning of the seasons.

Designed to fit through your letterbox, they will be lovely to arrive home to each month.

Whether you are choosing one box or a subscription package, we thought it helpful to include a list of the months in the Wheel of the Year, to aid in choosing or simply to know what is coming up.

What will be in my box?

Each monthly box has a theme and includes a crystal, specially chosen gifts, and a letter from Sarah telling you all about the box contents, phases of the moon, and Wheel of the Year events.  Boxes will be lovingly prepared to mark the changes of the Wheel and to celebrate the turning of the seasons.

How will my box be packaged?

Each box will be lovingly prepared at Nostell Priory with each item carefully wrapped to avoid damage in transit.  In the unlikely event of damage, please email sarah@sarahhenry.co.uk and we will support you with this.

What about shipping?

Shipping is included in the cost of the box and is to UK mainland customers only. Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail.

It is envisioned we may be able to expand to Northern Ireland and Europe in the future.

Can I buy a box or subscription as a gift?

Absolutely.  Our boxes are a lovely gift idea to treat a loved one.  

You can buy a single box or a subscription as a gift.  Simply enter your loved one’s shipping address at checkout and any message you wish to include so they will know who sent them this thoughtful gift.

If you wish to choose a particular month from the Wheel of the Year, please include this in the Notes section at checkout. 

All gift boxes will be wrapped in celebratory paper with your message handwritten on a card at no extra cost. 

Can I update my shipping address?

Of course.  Just send us an email to sarah@sarahhenry.co.uk and we will update our records for your next box.

Can I cancel my subscription?

All our subscription periods are pre-paid upfront.  If you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of the period, please contact us by email to sarah@sarahhenry.co.uk and we will arrange a refund of the cost of any unsent boxes providing we receive the cancellation request by 25th of the month.

How can I purchase a box or subscription package?

You can purchase a single box or a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription directly from our website by selecting the ‘buy now’ button and securely entering your credit card details. 

When will I receive my box?

Boxes will be sent via Royal Mail on 1st of the month or the next business day. 

If you have purchased a single box, you will receive the next calendar month’s box, unless you have pre-selected a specific month in advance from the Wheel of the Year. 

My box arrived damaged, what shall I do?

We prepare our boxes carefully to avoid damage in transit but in the unlikely event it arrives damaged, please email sarah@sarahhenry.co.uk and we will support you with this.

Can I return a box?

In accordance with your legal rights, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after it is delivered. You do not need to give a reason and you will be refunded in full.

Outside of this time, if you are not completely satisfied with the contents of your box, you may return it for a full refund providing the box and its contents are returned in their original condition.  Items from the box cannot be returned individually.

How do I renew my subscription?

All of our subscription periods are via one pre-payment, upfront, and box deliveries will cease at the end of the period. 

Should you wish to keep receiving our lovely boxes, you can sign up to a new subscription period.
