Women’s Retreats
The Maiden, The Mother, The Crone
During a recent reiki healing I was giving, I was made aware that I am being guided by a Crone working with me as one of my spirit guides and I have since received some further spiritual wisdom and guidance from her about my work at The Walled Garden Sanctuary.
In order to honor the wisdom of the old sage I am blessed to be working with, I will be offering retreats to women in this incarnation. I will continue to offer reiki to both women and men, and these sessions are exclusively for you and can be booked by emailing me.
All of our retreats will be focusing on the divine presence of The Maiden, The Mother, The Crone, enabling women to reflect on their journey from Maiden to Mother to Crone and offer support as a sisterhood in a safe space. See our upcoming retreats below.

Women’s Retreats 2025
All of our women’s retreats for 2025 are now fully booked, but we do have a few spaces left on the Winter Wreaths Retreat and the New Year’s Eve day retreat, both of which run from 10 am to 3.00 pm – to book your place, please email sarah@sarahhenry.co.uk. Two lovely days to look forward to this wintertime in the cosy sanctuary.
